Seabra Group is geared towards customer satisfaction must defend the Quality Management providing excellent services with the objective of continuous improvement.
To ensure this commitment, Seabra Group undertakes to comply with the requirements of the standard NP EN ISO 9001:2008 as well as legal and regulatory requirements that feed the Quality Management System of Group.
In this regard, the Quality Policy of Seabra Group assumes the following principles:
- Customer orientation, to develop strong relationships that benefit the image of the Company;
- Development of partnerships with its suppliers;
- Meeting the needs of customers, providing services and selling quality products;
- Continuously improve the accuracy, speed and confidence in the provision of its services;
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and the use of Best Available Techniques, as vectors for enhanced competitiveness.
To achieve these principles, it is essential:
- The involvement of all employees in the principles assumed in the Quality Policy;
- Create conditions for participatory involvement of employees in the company’s development;
- Motivation and involvement of all employees in the pursuit of common goals;
- The continuous awareness of each employee that is responsible for the quality of their own work;
- Provide adequate training to employees to perform their duties with competence and quality requirements;
- Whenever necessary, should be driven mechanisms for reviewing and updating the Quality Policy of Seabra Group.
